And we're proud of one result in particular: 96.4% of our customers are satisfied or extremely satisfied! Our overall satisfaction score is 8.5/10, proof that our commitment to quality service is paying off. With a Net Promotor Score of 57, almost 90% of our customers are ready to recommend Multiburo to their friends and family. We're delighted by this vote of confidence in our company.
What appeals most to our customers? The quality of the welcome they receive on our premises (85.1%), and the availability and responsiveness of our teams (81.4%).

Among our respondents to the questionnaire, 48.45% are SMEs and 25.26% are large companies with offices in our workspaces. We also welcome professionals, freelancers and start-ups, providing a dynamic and diverse environment for our customer network.
Why do they choose Multiburo? The quality address, the accessibility of our premises and the proximity to their home are priority criteria for over 80% of them. Indeed, our addresses are located in prime locations. We can provide you with workspaces at railway stations, in the immediate vicinity of public transport or easily accessible by road.
